Between kernel versions 2.6.29 and 2.6.30 a structure in the kernel headers changed that OpenAFS 1.4.9 relied upon. An upgrade to 1.4.10+ is required to build OpenAFS against kernels 2.6.30 and later.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a stable gentoo system
2. Attempt to install the stable version of OpenAFS





1.4.11 installs just fine

Please attach build.log etc. We need some sort of output of the failure.
