Bug 28940 – Add daemontools support to init script for xinetd

This patch adds daemontools support to the xinetd init script. daemontools
support also requires 1 additional file:
/var/daemontools/xinetd/run

daemontools does not need to be installed and it's use is optional.

Default is to use daemontools if it is installed. This seems reasonable.

Woops. This is the patch. The earlier patch was actually the script itself.

i'll add this if it is rewritten to behave properly ...

that is, let the user select whether to use supervise or not in the conf.d file
rather than have all those runtime file/directory check hacks
