Bug 289053 – Missing sys-cluster/ocfs2-tools-1.4.2 init scripts

After installation of ocfs2-tools from the overlay http://gpo.zugaina.org/sys-fs/ocfs2-tools, we miss any init scripts in /etc/init.d/. We are not able to mount or initialize any device. There is only one script o2cb_ctl.
