This attachment allows me to compile and use ~tclxml-3.0, ~tclxml-3.1, and ~tclxml-2.4 on amd64.
As for tclxml-3.2, the bug has been fixed upstream already :-). But the in-portage tcldom requires tclxml-3.1 still.
btw, repoman does not like these ebuilds ;-).
