The PHP 4.2.1 ebuild has an error. The symlink /etc/php4/lib points to the wrong
directory.

Here's the URL to the ebuild with the fix. I also increased the version # to -r1.

My Fixed EBuild

I fixed the bug and also increased the version number. I tested this ebuild out
by doing a fresh install of PHP on a system without PHP with this ebuild.
