if you don't need that module just boot with 'gentoo noload=wd7000' and report back. also attach 'lspci' output. Also encountered this problem on my Compaq Evo N620c - looks like the same problem as #252635 - wd7000 does not cause the bug, its pata_qdi - noload=pata_qdi solved the problem here This is a duplicate of bug 252635: http://bugs.gentoo.org/252635 |
