Task-Catalyst does not install HTTP::Request Perl module which is required by Catalyst.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av Task-Catalyst  # ( perl-experimental overlay )
2. catalyst.pl
3.

Actual Results:

Catalyst/Utils.pm is installed by Catalyst-Runtime.
Catalyst-Runtime (r)depends on libwww-perl.
libwww-perl installs HTTP::Request.

So it's not obvious why it fails for you.
Did you run perl-cleaner after upgrading perl?
