Description Mark Chappell 2003-09-15 05:18:03 UTC
For the past 20 minutes I've been trying to get the latest
(abiword-2.0.0.tar.bz2) distfile for abiword. It's tried about 6 different
mirrors, however it's returning " !!! Fetched file: abiword-2.0.0.tar.bz2 MD5
FAILED! Removing corrupt distfile..."

I'm rather glad that I came up to Uni to do this update, at 200 K/s - 1Meg/s I
don't mind too much that it keeps looping, but with a 20Meg file this could be a
minor problem for people...

I'm probably being a little dense, but even with ACCEPT_KEYWORDS = "~x86" I'm still being told that the MD5 sum is wrong.

I have tried deleting the /usr/portage/app-office/abiword folder, and re-syncing, the folder has been re-instated by the sync, but I'm still being told that the MD5 is wrong.

it seems like they've changed the tarball once again to fix some bugs.

the word from the developers is that the one now is final. hrmm, but try syncing again. i've updated the digest yet again.
