Same here but with GCC-4.1.2 That took some time to track down but should be fixed now. In a nutshell, previously the ebuild pulled in system OpenGL headers. Unfortunately, vtk's header parsing framework generates bad code due to the new GL-3.2 header specs provided by the most recent NVidia drivers. I've reverted back to the included header files which should take care of this problem. Best, Markus |
