When we do emege -Up world   then emerge -U world, it would be cool if when you
pretend it write to a file those dependency so the next time emerge is run it
dosen't need to redo the dependency.

Maybe an expiration date can also be used... even 5 mins would be enought...

That kind of cache is not a reasonable assumtion on a lot of system.

An alternative to this will happen in the future.
