unzip-6.0-r1 has been in the tree for 47 days and works fine on amd64

Possible blocker: 
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275244
Although the bug mentioned *should* be fixed in unzip-6.0, plus if it isn't this is an upstream issue

Bug 275244 isnt a blocker as it isnt a regression to current stable

I guess we need to restore keyowrds first?

it hasnt been long enough for people to stabilize.  they just added ~arch.
