I'm not sure if any additional bugs are required, but feel free to test/keyword/stabilize the required dev-perl components for this bug

I was reported that the dependant dev-perl/ packages have issues (not finding some @INC's) and the upstream for ivtvplayer as well as those perl modules is pretty much dead. 
Then, I'm inclined to close this as WONTFIX and leave it into ~arch until someone finally reports it completely broken and then remove it from tree.
