When trying to emerge xfree-4.3.0-r3, one of the patches fails, halting the
installation before the compilation begins.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. # ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerge xfree
2. Wait for everthing to untar
3. Wait for the successful patches

Actual Results:  
Error message:

 * Failed Patch: 0803_all_4.3.0-xkb-broken-capslock-fix-CVS11006.patch!
 *
 * Include in your bugreport the contents of:
 *
 *   /var/tmp/portage/xfree-4.3.0-r3/temp/0803_all_4.3.0-xkb-broken-capslock-fix

Expected Results:  
Successful patching and compilation of xfree-4.3.0-r3.

XFree-4.3.0-r3 is a dependency of GTK+-2.4, an essential part of the
brand-spanking-new Gnome 2.4 :)
xfree-4.3.0-r2 is running just fine on my machine, and I wouldn't have tried to
upgrade if I hadn't known I need to.
