Bug 286481 – sys-libs/db-4.6.21: Patch fails file size check when emerging

When I try to updating sys-libs/db-4.6.21_p4, patch.4.6.21.3 downloads but fails the file size check.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge db or in my case emerge -DuN world
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
The manifest should have expected the patch to have been 1911 bytes.  Then the package would *hopefully* merged.

I just forced a different mirror and tried remerging and got it to work.

Steps I took to fix this:

rm /usr/portage/distfiles/patch.4.6.21.*
GENTOO_MIRRORS="http://gentoo.netnitco.net" emerge =sys-libs/db-4.6.21_p4

Yup - seems to be a mirror issue, but it still persists.
