I'd like to have an option of letting emerge report blockers automatically (to some kind of online-database). 

That way it would be possible to see directly which packages conflict and we'd have a measure how "blocker-free" the portage tree is at any given time. 

It would also remove the load of writing many bug reports which differ only by the reported package names. When a package gets updated, developers could see (almost) instantly if it produced blockers for someone.
