in dev-util/devhelp :
=gnome-extra/libgtkhtml-2.2

but since gnome 2.4 uses :
=gnome-extra/libgtkhtml-2.4

so, better put :
|| (=gnome-extra/libgtkhtml-2.2 =gnome-extra/libgtkhtml-2.4)

ill just go with =<pack>-2* , it's not completely correct but it will do i think.
