camstream fails to build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =media-video/camstream-20070315

Actual Results:  
The build failed with the following error:

The file in question *seems* to be present in the camstream work directory.
After the build failed, I performed the following actions:
