I have no need for the consolekit infrastructure and so have -consolekit (as well as -pam) in my make.conf. However upon emerging xinit-1.0.8-r7, the ebuild cries then dies over consolekit dependencie...

At the least this is a feature request. Make xinit honor the -consolekit flag.

1. emerge xinit
2. cries about consolekit
3. emerge stops and fails

Expected Results:  
My work around is a custome edit of the xinit ebuild, deleting references to consolekit. This ought to be fixed upstream so that the ebuild simply honors the desires of the user and does what the consolkit USE flag is set for.

Fixed without revbump.
Now the flags should be sane. 1.0.8-r7
