The online manual (included in the application) can not be displayed. Opening the help (F1) displays a message about a file that cannot be found.

After a bit of investigation: Warnings come from eclass and I'll open separate issue for this. As for documentations it works fine here with ekiga 3.2.6. Could you recheck with newer version, please, and reopen bug (and attach full build.log and emerge --info) if problem persists.
