net-misc/asterisk-1.6 is in a correct shape to be used according to some users. As a migration to 1.4 then to 1.6 will be hard, maybe just forgetting about 1.4 should be a good idea.

I marked this bug as blocking bug 159013 because former should be closed as WONTFIX when 1.6 will be unmasked in the tree as it will be a real alternative.

Installed and worked fine but I did not do much testing. Nice to unmask so more people would test.
