I tried to add ZipArchive library so when I tried emerge dev-lang/php5 or emerge -pv dev-lang/php:5 or package dev-php5/pecl-zip and I received only errors. This could be also useful I think http://pastebin.com/m47bac4bf

It's not that useful, as you should not use pastebins for
bugzillas.
What exactly fails during 'emerge php' ?

Where is dev-php5/pecl-zip from?

It may help to update portage (and then perhaps emerge php with "zip" in USE)...
