/usr/sbin/mkxf86config.sh explicitly sources /sbin/functions.sh which is part of baselayout-1.x and removed in >=2.0 but it is not dependency of x11-misc/mkxf86config.

it should support baselayout 2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install it
2. rc-update add mkxf86config default
3. boot and see it failing

error

mkxf86config was removed, but if it is restored, this bug should be fixed before and close as FIXED
