Unable to update to dev-db/sqlite-3.6.18 due to a mismatch between the manifest and the actual file that's downloaded from sqlite.org (the tar ball does not exist on the mirror I use).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -vu sqlite
Actual Results:  
Emerge fails due to verify failure.

Expected Results:  
Package builds.
