However, it worked with kde 4.2.4 So annoying... Post `emerge --info` at least. Honestly, all I know is that suspend/hibernation are still not complete, as even just last week very low-level hardware bugs were fixed. So it doesn't surprise me that higher-level operations such as compositing are still flaky. The best I can do here is to point you to FreeDesktop's bugzilla [1] where you can file bugs and hopefully, Intel devs will be able to help.
