We need a new mono for dev-util/jay that is in turn needed to stable netbeans 6.7. Is mono 2.4 ready for stable or should we make a revision that has the mono use flag masked?

Yep, I'm fairly confident this release is usable.

The only incompatibility we have is bug 259700. I'm about to mask that one to not break depgraph and hope upstream gets their stuff together for 2.6.

We also have security bug 277878 to worry about. mono-2.4.2.3 has the fix, so when all arches are done we should leave a note there.
