the build fails with xulrunner-1.9.0.13 with: 
 Can't load 'blib/arch/auto/Gtk2/MozEmbed/MozEmbed.so' for module Gtk2::MozEmbed: libxul.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory at /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux/DynaLoader.pm line 230.

installation of 
xulrunner-1.8.1.19 solved the problem.
