app-text/libwps-0.1.2 ebuild
RFC :)
@Andreas Are you not interested in this package? There are libwpd and libwpg already in portage. So why not the last one library for openoffice? Well, since libwps is a dependency of Abiword and KOffice like libwpg I add herd Gnome and KDE. Created attachment 271619 [details]
app-text/libwps-0.2.0.ebuild
My ebuild for app-text/libwps-0.2.0.
I use a SLOT to coexist with old packages.
The package added to main tree. Just open bugs for the respective office suites to depend on it as needed. No need to slot it as this is first occurance of the thing :) might change in future tho :) Well, I have version 0.1.2 in my overlay, too. And that SLOTing is for libwpd 0.8 to 0.9 and libpwg/libwps 0.1.x to 0.2.x. Made updating quite painless. If you have a look, libwpg and libwpd have been slotted to avoid keeping them masked until further use. I'd recommend slotting this lib as well if it already has two slot. |
