It's clearly not "as-is" but proprietary. The tarball contains a file linuxx86.cor/nls/en/eula.txt, maybe add this as licenses/icaclient or licenses/Citrix?

Hm, and what about the licences of all the bundled libs? (Though it might be difficult to find out what's bundled, in the first place.)

Never mind, disentangling bundled libs might not even be possible for closed-source stuff like this. The most important thing is that it's no longer tagged "as-is".
