Description Marcus Holland-Moritz 2009-09-06 15:08:06 UTC
I wasn't doing anything special when the Oops occurred. This is my data/media server, and it was just streaming music to my squeezebox, like it did for the past couple of hours. It had been up for three months.

I've connected a small display and made a screenshot of the Oops.

Can you reproduce on later kernels, 2.6.31?
Comment 4 Marcus Holland-Moritz 2009-09-13 10:30:37 UTC
I can't "reproduce" this at all. I *think* this might have happened to me once before (maybe like last year), but I wasn't able to capture the whole oops. But it happens with a frequency of probably once per year on my machine. I have switched to 2.6.30-gentoo-r6 after the oops, which is still the most recent kernel from stable. I will surely update to 2.6.31 once it's unmasked and update this report if it should oops again.

ok, thanks. Reopen if this problem persists in a repeatable manner with later kernels.
