when running emerge --depclean after emerge -avuDN world, the first one complains about dependencies not being resolved:

Calculating dependencies... done!
 * Dependencies could not be completely resolved due to
 * the following required packages not being installed:

 *   >=sys-devel/automake-wrapper-3-r2 pulled in by:
 *     sys-devel/automake-1.11
 *

However, emerge -pvuDN sys-devel/automake yields nothing.

Moreover, package sys-devel/automake-wrapper-3-r2 does not even exist in the portage tree

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -avuDN world
2. emerge --depclean
Actual Results:  
emerge --depclean halt due to unresolved dependencies

Expected Results:  
Successfull emerge --depclean

>=sys-devel/automake-wrapper-3-r2 means "larger or equal than 3-r2"

sys-devel/automake-wrapper-4 would satisfy that.Install it, then try again, reopen this bug if you still run into issues.
