Nice.  Want to try fixing the Manifest?  This ebuild breaks cache regeneration due to the missing Manifest information.

I'm upping the severity simply due to how this breaks cache generation for anyone using Gentoo's tree.  Sounds like someone needs to use repoman.  :P
