Your gentoo-portage mirror consistently lags by 1-3 hours. What intervals are you syncing at and from where? I'm syncing gentoo-portage mirror every 30minutes from rsync://rsync.de.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage Odd. Do they always complete without errors?
