Okey, i tested this version of pixman, and it work better than the .15.20 so i bumped it. Tested on 2 x86 and one amd64 machine, it does fix few issues and based on the commit it should be faster than the .20 version. But it should still not be same speed of 0.14.
Still it is better than the 0.15.20.
