The jpeg library has been updated to jpeg-7 in ~amd64, most of the package would build against it, but tightvnc tries to stick to jpeg-6b resulting to a conflict.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have tightvnc and other packages depending on media-libs/jpeg installed
2. Sync portage
3. Try to upgrade world
Actual Results:  
Don't remember exactly the output, I unmerged tightvnc to update the rest. Guess there was some blocked packages.

Expected Results:  
Merge cleanly all the package depending on media-libs/jpeg.

There doesn't seem to be major API changes between the two versions, all the other package compiled fine against media-libs/jpeg-7 and there seem to be working ok.

Changing the CDEPEND line in the ebuild should be enough.
