Title says it all, the ebuild tries to download from

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/gconf/2.3/GConf-2.3.3.tar.bz2

while it should be 

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/GConf/2.3/GConf-2.3.3.tar.bz2
