Could you please try if it works with -j1? I'll have a look at it later but it looks like a problem with the build system. Does 5.9.2 work fine in this regard? Thanks, Markus It fails with the same error, if I set MAKEOPTS="-j1". emerge -vD =plplot-5.9.2 works without problems. My build of sci-libs/plplot-5.9.4 fails the same way: Files "/var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/plplot-5.9.4/work/plplot-5.9.4_build/drivers/test_dyndrivers_dir/pdf.rc" to "/var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/plplot-5.9.4/work/plplot-5.9.4_build/drivers/pdf.rc" are different. The same with MAKEOPTS set to -j1. Additionally it ignores the octave use flag for me. I just fixed the pdf.rc issue in portage cvs. Please try re-syncing in an hour or so and let me know if things work now. I'll have a look at the pygobject later. Best, Markus At least on my machine pygobject-2.18.0-r2 properly installs /usr/bin/pygobject-codegen-2.0 so this should hopefully not be a problem any more. Please reopen if you still experience this issue. Thanks, Markus |
