since I've updated to 4.3.0, beside the constant plasma crushes I get double taskbar entries for one program, I've reseted the desktop settings but for no avail.

notice that there is one instance of firefox running, it happens for at most one program, resetting fixes the issue

Tomáš, are you sure that this is a duplicate of #269270?  I think that they are describing different bugs.  I get this bug quite often, it's rather annoying.  Even after the last window is closed, it hangs around in the taskbar, as I will demonstrate in a screenshot.  Cheers.

Oh, and the quickest fix that I have determined so far is to manually terminate and restart the plasma-workspace process.
