During an emerge of baselayout-1.8.6.10-r1 the final stage of copying things out
of the sandbox the following occurs:

--- /home/
!!! copy /var/tmp/portage/baselayout-1.8.6.10-r1/image/home/.keep -> /home/.keep
failed.
!!! [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/.keep#new'

The emerge completes without stopping on this message and the system reports
this version of baselayout installed. 

Probably a minor problem but thought I should mention it just in case there are
other things beyond this that are not being installed but should.
