LPSolve is an alternative linear programming library. It is similar to GLPK, but faster and more robust.
It is available under other distributions as 'liblpsolve55' or similar (i.e. Debian Linux).

It would be nice to have implemented this library as Gentoo package.

Also slight note the build system is fubared and will be easier if rewritten from scratch :/

Added to main tree as it is required by libreoffice, buildsystem rewritten by me. The buildsystem patch reported to upstream in freedesktop bug fdo#39496.
