After update KDE to 4.3.0, in kopete appears yahoo encoding problem.
I send yahoo message ok, but incoming message receives in wrong encoding (for cyrillic symbols: ??? ??? ????).
Please, correct this problems. Thanks.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install kopete 0.70.90 (kde-4.3.0)
2. and receive yahoo message in cyrillic encoding
3. result: ??? ???? ????

Actual Results:  
result: ??? ???? ????

Expected Results:  
must be correct symbols in cyrillic encoding

Please test, kde-base/kopete-4.3.2. Reopen if this is still an issue.
