A new ebuild for both Gentoo Prefix and Gentoo. The Prefix ebuild is the only one tested, but it was based off a working Gentoo ebuild. The .19 ebuilds are a shamless copy from the .18 and .17 ebuilds. All this really needs is a version bump.

Also, CC'ing Prefix because the Prefix guys will want this when this goes into the Gentoo tree.

Forgot to mention that the prefix ebuild is only tested for the x86-macos system.

Nope, we pick it up automatically once it is in the gentoo-x86 tree. Thanks though.
