This is needed for the latest webkit-gtk-1.1.12. Upstream already included libsoup-2.26.3-gnutls-strict.patch patch in this version, so new ebuild for 2.27.5 is the same as 2.26.3-r1, but without that patch.

This has been InOverlay forever now, and won't be added to tree till 2.28 is released.

Reopening to close as FIXED as libsoup-2.28 has been in official tree for ages now
