Split the root branch of kernel building (throw gentoo-sources) menu into
3 categories.
1. Base (Common) - Basic drivers/protocols used mostly at all installations
2. Additional - popular additional drivers/protocols that _depends on exact user _ hardware or software task. (for example wireless networks, joystiks, card readers or popular not basic protocols).
3. Exotic - all the rest ) (seemly 50-60 % of all context).

It is expected to simplify the installation process much.

sorry, but what exactly do you want to change here ?  if you're talking about `make menuconfig`, then there's no chance we're going to change that layout.
