sci-geosciences/qlandkartegt needs sci-geosciences/gpsbabel for some calculations (import of .loc files) at runtime. Those fail if gpsbabel is not installed.

Please add sci-geosciences/gpsbabel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install qlandkartegt without gpsbabel
2. try to import a .loc file -> see error
3. install gpsbabel
4. try to import a .loc file -> success
