You should have these three files in pulesaudio: flame@yamato ~ % qlist pulseaudio | grep http /usr/lib64/pulse-0.9.16/modules/module-http-protocol-tcp.so /usr/lib64/pulse-0.9.16/modules/module-http-protocol-unix.so /usr/lib64/pulse-0.9.16/modules/libprotocol-http.so Off topic.
Guy (reporter) ... (I was to write you an email, but your address seems invalid):

brevity
the official syntax to short a quoted text is "[...]"
<< my long text >> => << my [...] text >>
To insert comments in my logs, I prefer the script comment syntax: "#", and try to make it as much visible as possible, nearly filling a line:
################################################# log name or file description
Some other people prefer the C one "//"
IMHO.
Assigning to maintainer/herds of pulseaudio as this bug has been sitting in the wrangling queue for 6 days And I already asked further information needed to find the problem. [And since it wasn't clear, what I ask for is the confirmation that the three files are there; if they are not I have to find why they aren't] Sorry for the delayed reply. I've been offline and unavailable. The files you indicated are not present on my system. pyrodyno lynx # emerge -s pulse Searching... I should have also reported that pulseaudio-0.9.15-r51 was emerged on August 10 as part of an "emerge --sync" "emerge -uND world" process. |
