Looks like once upon a time (bug 51353) dev-tcltk/expect was tweaked to avoid this problem. So, let's ask tcl/tk team to take a look at doing something similar in modern expect ebuilds. can you try with an expect version that exists in tree, and reopen this eventually? $ eix -c -e whois -o -e expect [I] dev-tcltk/expect (5.43.0@21/07/2009) [I] net-misc/whois (4.7.30@29/05/2009) here no collision apparently |
