The weather data fetch scripts have incorrect permissions and so could not be used.

I had to to manually:
chmod -v 0755 /usr/share/mythtv/mythweather/scripts/*/*.pl

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ls .lha /usr/share/mythtv/mythweather/scripts/*/*.pl
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Permissions of the .pl scripts incorrect, missing executable flag.

Expected Results:  
x flag set
