Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new machine, install grub & reboot in the fresh Gentoo 20090623. 
2. Sync, emerge world, update the gcc-config to 4.3.3. Reboot.
3. Go for the KDE 4.2.4 meta suite emerge.

Actual Results:  
Sync, re-sync & re-re-sync.

Expected Results:  
I expected files count would be fixed in the sync servers.
