Yes it does:

/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.devicekit.power.qos.policy
/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.devicekit.power.policy

polkit-0.93 != policykit-0.9, it's almost completely different.

You are right. I jump too quickly to conclusion. 

devicekit-power actions are not listed neither in output of polkit-auth nor polkit-gnome-authorization.

The commands are, of course, different for polkit. See `pkaction`.

Closing INVALID.
