that's very strange. It looks like it can't find IFF_LOWER_UP which is in linux kernel since 2.6.17. Could you please try to update/reinstall linux-headers and try again? Could you also include full build log please? Thanks Created attachment 199263 [details]

OK, I'll try to update the rest of the system (including kernel and os-headers, even though `emerge --info` says they are fresh enough) when I have some more time. In the meanwhile, I've attached the (current) log.
You emerge --info shows that you are using a too old os-headers: virtual/os-headers: 2.6.23-r3 I have no problem with 2.6.27-r2 (current stable) I'm closing this bug as invalid. If you still have problems after updating kernel-headers, please re-open. |
